Radioactive waste containerRadioactive waste container, glove boxes, packagings, reactor vessels, nuclear components: SDMS products for containment equipments, storage and transport of radioactive materials. CEA licence for LR56 transport packaging: radioactive waste containerSDMS has been working on nuclear sites for more than 35 years, and has acquired unique experience in the manufacture of radioactive waste container : storage and/or transportation of radioactive waste. Nowadays, SDMS is also the holder of an exclusive CEA (French Energy Atomic Commission) licence for the sale of the LR56 - type B(U) packaging : radioactive waste container, with a capacity of about 4m3 for radioactive liquids (capable of containing the equivalent of 200 g of Pu). Radioactive waste Container (TN/TA)UNS 31 803 (URANUS 45 N) Tanks for radioactive effluents. In addition, SDMS has the agreement of the Industry Ministry for the use of depleted uranium, intended for gamma shielding. We have just completed delivery to Transnucleaire of an independent, shielded road tanker for the transportation of 5 m3 of active effluents, held at a minimum temperature of 60° C during the transport. The design work was carried out by SDMS. |
